Recovery and change are both processes…. processes that take time and effort. Unfortunately change and recovery do not happen overnight, and while we are in the midst of one or the other we have to accept the “here and now”. What do you like about yourself? What are you trying to change? How do you think you can make yourself more comfortable with living in the moment, and accepting your life the way it is right now… but still knowing that you can change what doesn’t suit you?
