Reflective Question: Balancing Emotions

Balancing emotions can be hard, you can under identify or over identify with them.  Under identifying can cause you to deny what you feel, ignore what you feel and can cause you to miss out on information you might find valuable.  When you over identify you will tend to be ruled by your emotions instead of allowing them to inform you.  This week we would like for you to identify the balance of your emotions; do you typically under or over identify?
