March is National Nutrition Month!

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is encouraging everyone to “Eat Right, Your Way, Every Day” this National Nutrition Month.  Choosing this theme is intended to bring light to the fact that you can incorporate your favorite foods into your meal plan.  This will help to change the categorizing of “bad” or “good” foods, or foods that are “forbidden”.  Every day the Academy has a tip available for free throughout the month at
