Reflective Question: How Do You Identify the Balance of Your Emotions?

Balancing your emotions can be hard.  We either have the tendency to under identify, or even over identify with them.  When we under identify we deny our feelings, which in return allows for us to miss out on information that might be of value.  On the other hand, over identify allows for us to be ruled by our emotions instead of allowing them to inform us.  This week we would like for you to identify the balance of your emotions; do you typically under of over identify?
